Henry L Trumbower Jr.

Henry Trumbower Jr., 75, of Ridgewood passed away on May 31, 2022. He was born in Bethlehem, PA and graduated from Hellertown High School where he held track records for many years. Graduating from Westchester University in 1969 he went on to Montclair State to get his Master’s degree. He was a Physical Education teacher at River Vale Elementary School for 33 years. Hank was an avid gardener and loved spending time outdoors. The beach was a favorite vacation spot. He enjoyed spending time with neighbors and friends. Predeceased by parents Henry Sr. and Marion, and sister Judy Trumbower. Henry is survived by loving wife Dianne, son Christopher, daughter Tami Tornatore (David), loving Grandfather to Justin, Benjamin, Ashley, and Victoria. He is also survived by his two sisters Robyn Reinisch and Lori Bitner, also by a brother Terry. Hank will be missed very much by his beloved dog Colt and many family and friends. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers or gifts please make a donation in Hank’s memory to your favorite charity.
